I was hoping that this inexpensive device would be a bit like the rotating skin care brushes (I didn't think it would be comparable, of course, but similar), but it's more of a gimmick than a helpful skin care tool. It does vibrate, but in order to really have it exfoliate, you have to rub it around your face in little circles - not a problem, per se, but certainly you would do just as well making little circles with your washcloth! The cleanser on the pads is not "sudsy" - and it takes quite a while to "liquefy" enough to really cover your skin. Overall, I'm disappointed, even though the "cuteness" factor is high.

Bought product today, and used it for the first time. I love that its pink, and the foaming pad seemed mild enough for my sensitive skin, although I agree with others - it took awhile for it to foam up. I wonder if that one woman got her own pads with her own facial cleanser to work with this product? My big question after one use is how long do you keep it on your face? I don't think I did it for long enough. 10 minutes (as another reviewer said) just seems too long for me. I did it probably for about a minute, and am pretty sure that wasn't long enough. The directions do not tell you approximately how long to use it to see results. I give this product 3 stars right now because I haven't seen any results yet, but I do like this product, and am crossing my fingers it will work well.

I love the wave! its really good. its a great way to wash your face and it feels more fresh. sadly, it doesnt foam like it does for vanessa hudgens in the commercial but its still clean, quick and easy!

I was excited to buy my neutrogena wave and it worked very well my skin did get better but, although they say its waterproof i guess it can only tolerate so much. After about 2 months of using my wave it broke, it didnt work when i pressed it and if i push it hard enough it starts to work for about 2 seconds and stops again. i'm not sure if i want to buy another one, and end up having to buy it again in 2 months.

This product is great and makes your skin extremely soft! The only complaint I have is that there isn't a fragrance free cleanser pad. But this is only because I have sensitive skin. Otherwise, the product is great and does all that it's advertised to do.
