After hearing from friends how wonderful the food is at the Lake Austin Spa Resort, I wanted to find out what all the fuss is about. I haven't made it to the spa yet to sample the food but I did the next best thing, I bought their new cookbook FRESH.pThe book not only offers great tasting healthy recipes but ideas on gardening, home spa, cooking tips and much more. I think that is what makes it a great gift because it's more than just a standard cookbook. I've made a few of the recipes and I'm amazed that these recipes are low fat but taste wonderful. Everything is covered from soups, salads, meats, chicken, vegetarian, seafood with cuisines from all over the world.pA great gift for anyone that loves to cook or enjoy good food!
