This item's performance is not as advertised. I does not deliver the "powerful" water jets it claims to and it slips off the side of the tub as soon as it is placed. Most of the people selling this item offer a "customer satisfaction gaurentee" but when return is attempted, buyer is expected to ship the product, not to the distributer, but to the INTERNATIONAL SUPPLIER(Canada) and is told not to use UPS or Fed Ex or an additional 35 dollar "cutoms fee" will be charged.br / br /I speak from experience. I bought one of these and it's performance was disgraceful. Now after purchacing and shipping and handling charges that came to over $100.00, I have to ship this product back to Canada for an additional charge of $30.00 as I can only use USPS.br /br /Save yourself lots of unnessary trouble and frustration and, most importantly, money and just forget about this worthless piece of junk.
